In-Office Employee Profiling
Our team visits your office. Every employee completes their individual meal profile — dietary restrictions, goals, preferences. Takes 5–8 minutes per person.

Menu Building & Confirmation
tati. builds Week 1 meal plans for every enrolled employee based on their profiles. You and your team receive plans for review before first delivery.
Each employee receives their Week 1 plan by email — they can request adjustments within 24 hours
Your account manager confirms delivery schedule, drop-off location, and labeling format

First Delivery — Program Live
Fresh meals arrive at your office. Every meal is labeled with the employee's name, meal contents, and macros. The weekly cycle begins from here.
Designate a delivery contact and drop-off location (reception, kitchen, or specific desk)
Share weekly feedback with your account manager — first 4 weeks are the calibration period

What if an employee is out of office?
Employees skip weeks easily — just notify your account manager by Friday noon and that week's meals won't be prepared. No charge for skipped weeks with 48-hour notice. For planned leave (holidays, travel), set a recurring skip in your employee portal.
Can employees change their profile?
Yes, any time. Employees update their profile at tatimeals.com/profile or by emailing info@tatimeals.com. Changes take effect the following week. tati. reviews all profile updates personally.
What happens if we add or lose employees?
Add employees any time — notify your account manager and they'll be profiled and enrolled within one week. For departing employees, 30-day notice allows us to wind down cleanly. Invoicing adjusts to the active headcount monthly.
How does the §119 deduction work at tax time?
100% of your gross meal spend is deductible under IRS §119 as a business expense — meals provided at your place of business for employer convenience. Your accountant claims this at year-end filing. What is tati. Benefits and how does it affect take-home pay?
tati. Benefits is a supplemental health and wellness program that runs alongside your meal program. Employees contribute pre-tax via payroll deduction, receive the full amount back as a health claim, and keep ~$95/month in FSA bonus funds. Net take-home pay is unchanged — employees gain telehealth, free Rx, FSA card, mental health support, and preventative care at zero net cost.
Are meals available for dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes. Every employee is individually profiled for allergies, intolerances, dietary preferences (vegan, halal, keto, etc.), and dislikes. tati. reads every profile personally. Severe allergies are flagged and tracked at the kitchen level — we treat this with the highest priority.
Can we upgrade tiers or add Lunch + Dinner later?
Yes. Tier upgrades take effect the following billing month with 2 weeks notice. Adding Lunch + Dinner doubles your weekly meal volume — this is our most popular mid-program upgrade because the §119 saving nearly doubles while the net cost per meal stays the same.
What are the contract terms and cancellation policy?
Initial term is 6 months. After that, month-to-month with 30-day written notice to cancel. We're confident you won't want to — but if circumstances change, there's no penalty after the initial term. Early cancellation within the first 6 months incurs a 30-day wind-down fee.
